In collaboration with our principle designer M+ Software we are designing a purpose-built system to support exchange of information requirements of Pacific Nations.
Together, we have over 30 years experience in taxation administration and systems development.

Raphael Alla
Ian is a well-qualified tax professional with over 30 years’ experience tax administration, compliance and policy development. Ian has qualifications in law, accounting and economics and is admitted to practice law in Australia. Ian has admitted to the Bar in the Federated States of Micronesia.

Ian has worked in Australia, Papua New Guinea, the Federates States of Micronesia and Vanuatu and has a rich understanding of tax policy, law design and practical taxation administration.
Raphael is a self-motivated, IT enthusiast who has been active in software development most of his life. Raphael started his development career by developing games in Basic on 8 bit computer when he was only 10 years old. Since then he has acquired a wealth of experience in the IT industry, where he has been a software developer, analyst, software architect and team manager.

Raphael has worked in the Pacific for over a decade and has extensive experience working with offshore teams in a multicultural environment.
